1 Egypt Visa Application, fully completed and signed
1 recent passport-type photograph
Copy of airline tickets or itinerary

Business Visa

Your valid, signed Passport (passport must have at least 6 months validity remaining)
1 Egypt Visa Application, fully completed and signed
1 recent passport-type photograph
Copy of airline tickets or itinerary
A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Consulate General of Egypt, Visa Section, New York, N.Y.
The letter should explain the following:
Purpose of the trip

Name and address of company to be visited, and that financial responsibility and return transportation are guaranteed.
