REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO OBTAIN VISA TO ENTER EQUATORIAL GUINEA
The Embassy of Equatorial Guinea in Washington D.C. advises that while U.S. citizens are not required to obtain a visa to enter, the Embassy requires that the following documents be submitted to their office prior to the travel:
Tourist Visa

Photocopy of your valid U.S. passport, showing name, birth date, passport number, and expiration date.
2 Equatorial Guinea Visa Application, fully completed and signed
2 Passport-type photographs required
Copy of recent bank statement showing at least US $2000 on deposit

Business Visa

Photocopy of your valid U.S. passport, showing name, birth date, passport number, and expiration date.
2 Equatorial Guinea Visa Application, fully completed and signed
2 Passport-type photographs required
Letter from employer explaining purpose of the trip, travel dates, reference to be visited, and guaranteeing financial support and return transportation for the applicant.
Also include a financial statement from the company financing, the travel confirming a minimum amount of US $2000 that would cover all expenses while in Equatorial Guinea.
Official/Diplomatic Travel

Photocopy of your valid U.S. passport, showing name, birth date, passport number, and expiration date.
2 Equatorial Guinea Visa Application, fully completed and signed
2 Passport-type photographs required
Copy of recent bank statement showing at least US $2000 on deposit

Letter from sending department or agency, confirming the purpose of the trip, and dates of the intended visit.
