Submit your valid passport, must have at least six months validity remaining and one blank VISA page
1  Figi Visa Application, fully completed and signed
3 passport-type photographs
Copy of return/onward airline tickets REQUIRED
Copy of U.S. Alien Registration (GREEN) Card if applicable

Police clearance from district in which the applicant resides
