1 Honduras Visa Application, fully completed and signed
2 recent passport-type photographs
Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
Tourist Visa – Non-U.S. Citizens

Submit your valid, signed Passport and a photocopy of all vital pages and each used visa page
1 Honduras Visa Application, fully completed and signed
2 recent passport-type photographs
Proof of legal visa status in the USA
Copy of a recent bank statement – additional financial information may required.
Letter affirming leave of absence from Employer, or, letter from University plus Form I-20 confirming continued enrollment

Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
