REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO OBTAIN VISA FOR UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
VISITOR VISA (Visit Friends/Relatives)
U.S. tourist and social visitors will be issued a visa upon arrival for a stay in UAE for up to 30 days.

BUSINESS VISA
Business visitors will be issued a visa upon arrival for a stay in UAE for up to 30 days. Frequent business visitors may apply prior to travel for a ten year visa valid for multiple entries, using the following requirements:

Submit your valid, signed, U.S. Passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity)
2 Dubai Visa Application, completed and signed
2 Passport-Type photographs required
A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:Embassy of UAE, Visa Section, Washington D.C.The letter must state all of the following:
The nature of the business to be performed
The name of the business reference to be visited
Guarantee sufficient financial support for the visit
Guarantee return transportation to the USA.

The business letter should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant.

Your sponsor in UAE must send a telex or fax to the UAE Embassy in Washington D.C. stating the name of the applicant, confirming the business trip (company address and type of business). Fax: (202)-243-2495
